Eyes pop, mouths drop and science excites at the Arizona Science Center. Erected in 1997, the Antoine Predock structure welcomes more than 300,000 annual visitors and serves as an essential element of downtown Phoenix's Heritage and Science Park. More than 300 interactive activities spread out over 120,000 square feet make science totally tangible. Measure your skin's square footage, grow a pimple and tempt a sneeze out of a giant nose in "All About You." Pilot a simulated flight, create an electrical storm or compose your own symphony using high-tech gizmos and gadgets. Catch a star-studded show in the Dorrance Planetarium and set your sights on a five-story screen in the Irene P. Flinn Theater.
